NFL Legend Andre Johnson's Houston House Burglarized, Rapper Lil Keke Says
Legendary wide receiver Andre Johnson's home in Houston was burglarized over the weekend, rapper and friend of Johnson, Lil Keke, shared on Instagram on Sunday.
While it's unclear exactly what was stolen from Johnson's house, Lil Keke said in his Instagram post that some of the items stolen "represent his dedication, his hard work, his family." Lil Keke also called on the Houston community to help recover the stolen items.
โAndre Johnson is my brother,โ Lil Keke said (h/t KPRC 2's Aaron Wilson). โHeโs the first Houston Texans Hall of Famer. He dedicated his life here, his career here, and also he resides here as a Houstonian. That makes it much, much more important. Man, we family. Itโs a family message.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value ๐
โOver the weekend, someone broke into my brotherโs home and took some items that represent his legacy, represent his dedication, his hard work, his family. We need to recover that and get that back. This isnโt like a car or a jersey hanging around. This represents his career and his family, for real.โ
Johnson's home being burglarized follows an unfortunate trend of robberies targeting athletes. Last year, after Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce, Joe Burrow and others had their homes burglarized, the FBI issued a warning to sports leagues about professional athletes being targeted by organized theft groups targeting the homes of athletes while they are traveling.
Johnson played for the Texans from 2003 to 2014 before closing out his career with stints with the Indianapolis Colts and Tennessee Titans. He racked up 14,185 receiving yards and 70 touchdowns across his career, enough to make him the Texans' first Hall of Famer.
