Clippers 'Strongly Considering' Chris Paul After Beal Contract, Team President Says
A reunion between the Los Angeles Clippers and Chris Paul may be on the horizon.
Clippers president Lawrence Frank said the idea of bringing back the former six-year Clipper is very much on the table following the team's addition of Bradley Beal.
"He's a great player, he's a great Clipper," Frank said, per Sports Illustrated's Farbod Esnaashari. "... Of course, we're strongly, strongly considering him."

In addition to the Clippers showing interest, Paul appears to be open to a reunion.
The 40-year-old recently liked a post from the Clippers’ official social media account welcoming Beal — a move that caught the attention of eagle-eyed fans.
Paul and Beal narrowly missed teaming up in Phoenix after Paul was traded to Golden State and Beal arrived from Washington, but a partnership in Los Angeles may now be on the table.
During Paul’s six-season run with the Clippers from 2011 to 2017, he averaged 18.8 points, 9.8 assists, 4.2 rebounds and 2.2 steals per game while shooting 51.4 percent from the field.
Earlier this month, NBA insider Marc Stein reported that Paul is “determined to play closer to his home base in Los Angeles,” making the Clippers a natural fit for a potential reunion.
