The 6-foot-3 guard out of Inglewood, California, is listed as the No. 6 prospect in the nation by 247Sports' composite rankings.
He chose Missouri after receiving offers from other programs, including Kentucky, Kansas, Alabama, Arizona State and Arkansas, according to 247Sports.
Crowe also received offers from Arizona, Georgia Tech, Louisville, UCLA, USC, Villanova, Washington, Weber State and Miami, according to 247Sports.
The guard has averaged 35.3 points per game in 27 games at Inglewood, leaving him just 326 points shy of breaking Baylor freshman Tounde Yessoufou's California high school scoring record of 3,658 points, per 247Sports' Gabe Dearmond.
Crowe further drove up the hype surrounding his commitment this week at the Nike Peach Jam, where he led the EYBL circuit in scoring by averaging 26.5 points in four games.
247Sports director of scouting Adam Finkelstein described Crowe as "a volume scorer, who can rattle off buckets in bunches when he gets going, but also has stretches where he can monopolize the ball and hunt shots."
"His shot-making off the dribble is extremely potent. He has a shifty handle, can stop quick for tough pull-ups, or create space with step-backs," Finkelstein wrote. "He has an advanced understanding of how to navigate a ball-screen and a wide assortment of clever tricks including polished footwork and a variety of different fakes."
Crowe had previously been connected to Kentucky through his father, Jason Crowe Sr.'s friendship with assistant coach Jason Hart, per On3's Jacob Polacheck.
ESPN's Jeff Borzello and Paul Biancardi also noted on Friday that USC had also Crowe "a priority early in the cycle."
Mizzou, which made Crowe an offer in June, ultimately won the recruiting race due to "a strong push over the past six weeks," per Borzello and Biancardi.
Missouri will now bring in the highest-rated recruit of the Dennis Gates era, just over a month after announcing former Nike executive Tim Fuller as the program's first general manager.
What role Crowe takes with Missouri during the 2026-27 season will depend in part on Anthony Robinson II, who averaged 9.0 points per game while leading the Tigers with 3.5 assists last season. Crowe could potentially take on a larger role at point guard should Robinson decide to enter the 2026 NBA draft.
