2025 NBA Cup Schedule Matchups, Dates, TV Info Set for Group, Bracket Format

The NBA In-Season Tournament is back for a third consecutive year with the 2025 Emirates NBA Cup.

The league unveiled the schedule for the group-stage games on Wednesday as part of its weeklong schedule release.

The In-Season Tournament has added a new wrinkle to the league over the last two years, bringing more excitement and intensity to the regular season. The Los Angeles Lakers were the inaugural winners, while the Milwaukee Bucks took home the championship last year.

2025 NBA Cup Group Stage National TV Schedule

East Group A: Cleveland Cavaliers, Indiana Pacers, Atlanta Hawks, Toronto Raptors, Washington Wizards

East Group B: Boston Celtics, Detroit Pistons, Orlando Magic, Brooklyn Nets, Philadelphia 76ers

East Group C: New York Knicks, Milwaukee Bucks, Chicago Bulls, Miami Heat, Charlotte Hornets

West Group A: Oklahoma City Thunder, Minnesota Timberwolves, Sacramento Kings, Phoenix Suns, Utah Jazz

West Group B: Los Angeles Lakers, Los Angeles Clippers, Memphis Grizzlies, Dallas Mavericks, New Orleans Pelicans

West Group C: Houston Rockets, Denver Nuggets, Golden State Warriors, Portland Trail Blazers, San Antonio Spurs

2025 NBA Cup Format

  • Each conference has been divided into three groups of five teams based on records from the 2024-25 season.
  • Each team will play four designated Group Play games (two at home, two on the road) on "Cup Nights" on every Tuesday and Friday from Oct. 31 to Nov. 28.
  • Three group winners from each conference and one "wild card" team (the best second-place team in each conference) will advance to the Knockout Rounds. All games in the Knockout Rounds will be streamed on Prime.
  • Quarterfinal games will be played on Dec. 9 and Dec. 10 in NBA team markets. The semifinals (Dec. 13) and championship game (Dec. 16) will be played in Las Vegas.
  • All NBA Cup games aside from the championship will count toward the regular season standings.
  • The Cup prize pool will be allocated to players on the teams that advance to the Knockout Rounds. Allocations will increase depending on how far a team progresses in the tournament.
