Hot Takes on Jazz's Ace Bailey, Walter Clayton Jr. Kyle Filipowski vs. Grizzlies
Ace Bailey put on a show alongside some of the other members of the Utah Jazz's young core in the Salt Lake Summer League on Monday night.
The No. 5 overall pick in the 2025 NBA draft produced 18 points and a handful of highlights in a win over the Memphis Grizzlies.
Bailey's Monday performance was far better than the one he put on in his Summer League opener on Saturday.
Bailey converted on a trio of three-point shots and added seven rebounds and three assists to his 18-point game.
The rest of the Utah starting lineup went off as well. Brice Sensabaugh led the team with 37 points.
Kyle Filipowski contributed an 11-point, 13-rebound double-double.
Second-round draft pick Walter Clayton Jr. only added four points off the bench, but he played 23 minutes and was +14.
Bailey and the Jazz finish up their Salt Lake Summer League schedule on Tuesday against Oklahoma City before they head to Las Vegas for the NBA Summer League.
