
Tyrese Haliburton to Host Pacers Fan Mobbed by Knicks Fans in Viral Video for Game 4
Indiana Pacers star Tyrese Haliburton extended an offer to host a fan who was swarmed by New York Knicks fans following the team's Game 6 victory over the Boston Celtics in the second round of the playoffs.
After the fan was invited to come on The Pat McAfee Show, Haliburton made a surprise appearance before revealing the Eastern Conference Finals offer.
"I want to personally bring you and a plus one out here to come to Game 4 here in Indiana," Haliburton said. "I'll bring you guys out here, put you guys up, get you guys seats to the game. The Pacers, everybody in our organization wants to make sure you're taken care of, all of the team is excited to meet you."
The incident occurred following Game 6 of New York's second-round clash with Boston, as the Knicks advanced to face the Pacers in the Eastern Conference Finals.
The upcoming conference finals clash is a rematch of the 2024 second-round postseason battle between New York and Indiana. The Pacers emerged victorious in seven games as injuries piled up for the Knicks, with Haliburton averaging 21.3 points and 7.0 assists per game on 53.8/43.9/80.0 shooting splits during the series.
Indiana has looked sharp throughout its 2025 postseason run, owning a 10-2 record through two playoff series wins against the Milwaukee Bucks and Cleveland Cavaliers.
The Pacers' 117.3 offensive rating in the playoffs is the second-best mark in the league (via NBA.com).
Game 4 between New York and Indiana will be on May 27 at 8 p.m. ET.
