Marreese Speights Dismisses Twitter Troll, Reminds Everyone He Is a Champion

Marreese Speights is an NBA champion, and there's not a damn thing you can do about it.
Slice it however you like. Downplay his contributions. Remind him his most memorable NBA Finals moment was dinking a breakaway dunk in the waning minutes of Game 2, effectively sealing a Golden State Warriors loss on their home court.
It doesn't matter. He's got a ring, and he took to Twitter for some light flex-ery during the NBA emoji storm Wednesday afternoon.
Everyone else is tweeting planes and banana boats? Cool. Mo Buckets will hang back and ogle his new shine.
Of course, someone had to bring up the missed dunk.

Speights isn't even mad.
And that is what a championship does for a man. A year ago, Speights might've huffed and puffed. Now? He's good. His legacy is secure.
He may have goofed up once and left every warm body in Oracle Arena completely dumbfounded. But the team prevailed, and he prevailed with it.
Do you, Mo. I wouldn't want any different.
Dan is on Twitter. He's not above some light flex-ery.
