Duke Commits Cameron, Cayden Boozer Twins Star in HS Championship Win with Columbus
While Duke fans are still coming to grips with their disappointment from Saturday's 70-67 loss to Houston in the men's Final Four, Cameron and Cayden Boozer provided a glimpse into what's coming through the pipeline.
The Boozers powered Christopher Columbus High School to a 67-49 victory over Dynamic Prep to win the Chipotle Nationals. Cayden Boozer had a game-high 27 points along with two rebounds and two assists. Cameron Boozer finished with 11 points and eight boards.

"It's pretty crazy that we won the national title in the same weekend as Duke is in the Final Four," Cayden said, per ESPN's Jason Jordan. "It's like a dream come true. We got it done, but it wasn't easy."
In addition to his standout performance in the championship game, Cayden drilled a buzzer-beater to carry Columbus past Brewster Academy in the semifinals.
The Chipotle Nationals title adds to a prolific last dance for the Boozers. They secured a fourth straight Florida state title in March and already had their jerseys retired by Columbus.
Cameron, a two-time Gatorade National Boys Basketball Player of the Year winner, is the No. 3 overall recruit in 247Sports' composite rankings for the 2025 class. Cayden sits 24th.
Together, the Boozers help to form another loaded group for the Blue Devils, who have also signed 5-star forwards Nikolas Khamenia and Shelton Henderson.
Even assuming head coach Jon Scheyer loses a number of key players, Duke will have the talent to make another deep NCAA tournament run in 2026.
