Favorites are also 50-13 straight-up in the 2025 tournament.
The Final Four doesn't contain any surprising teams, as all four No. 1 seeds are still alive.
The lowest-seeded team to advance to the Sweet 16 was No. 10 Arkansas, coached by John Calipari. The Razorbacks nearly punched their ticket to the Elite Eight, but they blew a 16-point lead in the second half against No. 3 Texas Tech before ultimately falling in overtime.
No. 6 BYU also advanced to the Sweet 16 with an upset victory over No. 3 Wisconsin in the second round. The Cougars struggled to stay competitive against Alabama, though. They trailed by 11 at the half and eventually lost by 25 points.
Since March Madness expanded to 64 teams in 1985, multiple schools seeded No. 10 or lower have reached the Sweet 16 in 26 of 39 tournaments (h/t SI.com's Dan Gartland).
While the 2025 tournament hasn't featured the shocking upsets and unexpected runs from past years, a silver lining is that the Final Four contains several intriguing matchups.
Auburn and Florida are set to face off in a contest that features two of the top five scoring offenses in the SEC.
Meanwhile, Houston's scoring defense ranked No. 1 in the country. The Cougars will attempt to slow down a high-powered Duke offense led by standout freshman Cooper Flagg.
Both Final Four games will take place on Saturday.
