Grizzlies' Desmond Bane Shoves Teammate Santi Aldama on Video During Win vs. Jazz
Memphis Grizzlies guard Desmond Bane could be seen pushing teammate Santi Aldama in a courtside huddle during the Grizzlies' win over the Utah Jazz on Tuesday night.
After holding the No. 2 spot in the West last month, the Grizzlies have slipped to No. 4 in the conference after a recent three-game losing streak.

The Grizzlies currently sit a half-game back of the third-seeded Denver Nuggets, and a half-game ahead of the Los Angeles Lakers at No. 5.
Memphis looked in danger of ceding the No. 4 spot to the Lakers on Tuesday as the Grizzlies trailed the host Jazz for most of the first half.
Bane helped the Grizzlies outscore the home team 41-17 in the third quarter to spark the comeback. He finished the game with a team-high 21 points on 8-for-16 shooting.
Aldama, who was making his 15th start of the season, contributed nine points and five rebounds to the win.
After missing six games with a calf strain, Aldama had been promoted from the Grizzlies' reserves to start consecutive games in place of Zach Edey.
Both Bane, who was traded to the Grizzlies shortly after the Boston Celtics drafted him in 2020, and Aldama, who made a similar jump from the Utah Jazz to the Grizzlies in 2021, have spent their entire NBA careers with the Grizzlies.
Drew Hill of the Daily Memphian previously shared a video of Bane and Aldama appearing to have a heated conversation during a game against the Dallas Mavericks in December 2023.
The Grizzlies have a crucial stretch coming up featuring games against the Oklahoma City Thunder (Thursday), Los Angeles Lakers (Saturday), Boston Celtics (Monday) and Golden State Warriors (Tuesday).
