Per beIN Sports, both Butler and Alcaraz wore microphones during their brief set. Butler reportedly even attempted a between-the-legs shot, but missed.
Afterward, Butler reveled in the experience during a brief interview, calling it "a blessing" to have shared the court with Alcaraz:
Butler has long been an avid tennis fan, and he worked as a ball boy during one of Alcaraz's matches at the 2023 U.S. Open before playing a quick point against the now-four-time Grand Slam champion. He also developed friendships with tennis stars like Coco Gauff.
Butler will get back to his regular job when the Warriors return to action on Friday against the Sacramento Kings.
