Harden: Fatigue Not Excuse

Mitchell Quote on Knick Fans 👀
O'Quinn has spent most of the past three seasons coming off Orlando's bench, averaging 5.4 points and 4.4 rebounds in 177 games.
The 25-year-old grades out much better when looking at his stats per 36 minutes, with 13.0 points and 10.5 rebounds, according to Basketball-Reference.com.
Ken Berger of CBS Sports noted at least one rival executive thinks O'Quinn is a solid acquisition for the Knicks:
President of basketball operations Phil Jackson and the rest of the Knicks front office have been looking to add size this summer. They missed out on free agents DeAndre Jordan and LaMarcus Aldridge but agreed to terms on a four-year deal with Robin Lopez, per Wojnarowski.
O'Quinn will be a solid contributor off the bench and a decent option to start in the event that Lopez goes down due to injury like he did last season (when he missed 23 games). He's not the marquee name New York fans may have been seeking, but sometimes small steps open doors for bigger things to come.
