Internet Reacts to Atlanta Hawks' New Neon Unis for 2015-16 Season
The Atlanta Hawks unveiled some aggressive new uniforms for the 2015-16 season on Wednesday.
The look is heavy on "volt green" neon—perhaps the most divisive of all jersey hues in the known world. Instead of reimagining their beloved vintage kits, the Hawks' design had young ballers in mind.

Naturally, the fashion-forward world of sports fans and the greater Twittersphere offered up scorchers about the Hawks' new uniforms. Some liked it, others are concerned that the Hawks might be priming to enter a paintball tournament.
Poor Kent Bazemore got stuck with the generic floor model:
"actually like Hawks uniforms. Personally like neon and bright look. But maybe as a alternate not a everyday uniform. pic.twitter.com/LND2xo9uGB

"NBA uniform changes this summer: Bucks A++ Sixers A Hawks F Clippers F- @sportslogosnet @UniWatch

Personally, I'm not too concerned with the colors.
The Hawks could've gone full neon (never do this), so you can always thank Cthulhu they won't be running the floor in Miami ULTRA day wear. What does bother me, however, is the "A" in "ATL" on the red kits, which looks like a broke-neck giraffe or possibly the hungriest of hippos.
Overall, though, a solid effort.

Stay fresh, ATL.
Dan is on Twitter, judging.
