Chris RolingJun 11, 2015

As Stephen Curry leads the Golden State Warriors against the Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA Finals, Under Armour takes a moment to celebrate the Association's MVP with a sleek new colorway release Saturday.

The Under Armour Curry One "MVP" colorway continues the strong showing by one of the hottest shoes on the market, this time bathed in black and gold with the familiar perforated texture throughout.

Here's a look at the release details:

Champs Sports provides a look at the design from a different angle:

All of the familiar vibes from the past releases, spanning from the "Underdog" to "Dub Nation" and more are present with this latest release.

As A-TrainKickz showcases, the perforations are present, as are the fading color transitions and golds dotting the black laces:

Also of note is the quote "I can do all things" on the back inside of the tongue, the motto of the design. UnderArmour.com touches on the inspiration behind the shoe and some of the performance aspects of note:

"

xThe Curry One is designed for the game’s most unguardable player. Powered by the responsiveness of Charged Cushioning and the body-mapped support of AnaFoam, Stephen Curry imposes his Will on anyone in his path.

"

It's an impressive shoe both in theme and on the court, with the visual element tops of all.

This notion includes the sleek design of the bottom, which IcySole.com captures well:

Another user provides the full look at the bottom, as well as the familiar inside, which features the usual 30 in gold trim:

Like Curry on the court, this edition of his sneaker is impossible to miss.

White, black and gold is a classic design capable of making any shoe look good, but it puts this one over the top on a design quickly approaching "classic" territory. It's not the last take on the design, either, with the "Father to Son" scheduled for release later in June.

Saturday, though, fans can celebrate with Curry and Under Armour by picking up the "MVP" edition of his successful shoe.
