Kyrie 1 'Letterman' Release Date Schedule, Pics and Retail Price

Nike and Kyrie Irving take a trip down memory lane with Saturday's release of the Kyrie 1 "Letterman," the latest colorway of the popular sneaker.   

As Irving's Cleveland Cavaliers fight it out with the Golden State Warriors in the NBA Finals, his latest shoe offering boasts a breezy color scheme fit for the cool spring months.

As one can glean from the main image, this iteration of the Kyrie 1 features the sleek logo on the tongue of the shoe, as well as on the inside.

Bathed in "Tour Yellow," "University Gold" and a splash of teal, the appealing design looks great from all angles.

Foot Locker provides multiple angles, with an eye-catching emphasis on the ridged design of the back of the shoe:

The folks at Sneaker Bar Detroit offer a closer look at three angles on Instagram, where folks can better see the back design, as well as a taste of Irving's own handwriting on the back and on the inside of the tongue:

The lone angle not covered above is the bottom of the shoe, but it's an area worth a closer look, too.

A callback to Irving's rise to superstardom, the Cavaliers point guard has a can't-miss shoe on his hands with this latest offering.

The mash of colors is not only perfect, but drops at the right time just before summer.

While the Kyrie 1 gets a lot of action these days in sneakerhead circles, it's best to clear the shelf space for another pair. The "Letterman" is a hit, and one fans can cop beginning Saturday.
