Swanigan Reportedly Commits to Purdue

Evan Daniels of Scout.com reported that Swanigan has verbally committed to Purdue.

Swanigan is a 5-star prospect and the No. 18 overall player in the 2015 recruiting class, per 247Sports' composite rankings, and he is talented enough to give Purdue's recruiting class a huge boost. 

He was originally part of Michigan State's class, but he reopened his recruitment earlier in May.

Swanigan is an elite prospect, and the thought of pairing him with A.J. Hammons surely has Purdue fans drooling. He brings athleticism, scoring touch and all sorts of upside to the Boilermakers, who could use his upside as they look to build on last season's success.
