Jordan Brand Classic 2015: Full Rosters and Underrated Players Looking to Shine
The Jordan Brand Classic will be an opportunity for some talented young players to show what they can do, and that includes more than just the familiar names.
While we have seen a lot of the same top players at the McDonald's All-American Game, Nike Hoop Summit and more, some new faces have a chance to turn heads in the latest showcase. We are always seeing players make an impact in college basketball despite being outside the top 20 in recruiting rankings, and this year should be no different.
Here is a complete look at the rosters for each team along with a breakdown of some of the less-heralded prospects who are ready to shine Friday night at the Barclays Center.

Jalen Coleman-Lands, G, Illinois
The primary goal for all basketball teams is getting the ball in the net. Jalen Coleman-Lands can do that as well as anyone in the nation.
As Sporting News noted early on in the process, the guard is one of the top pure shooters in the class:
While he is listed as a point guard in most places, he still needs work developing his ball-handling and distributing skills. The good news is he is already a capable 2-guard who knows how to create looks for himself and finish anywhere on the court.
In an exhibition game like this one, Coleman-Lands should have the green light to let it rain from beyond the arc and could end up putting a show for all the scouts in attendance. Meanwhile, the Illinois fans watching along will be thrilled to see the pure talent of the man who's likely to fill Rayvonte Rice's shoes.
Tyler Davis, C, Texas A&M
According to 247Sports, Texas A&M has the No. 4 overall incoming class in 2015, and Tyler Davis is a big reason, literally. The 6'9", 269-pound center is a physical force in the low post and will be a challenge for anyone to defend at the college level.
Davis has already impressed his West team coach, Kevin Boyle of Montverde Academy, who recently told Jim Halley of USA Today:
"I think he’s one of the premier guys you’ll see in the next couple of years who is good at posting, sealing his defender, making contact and then keeping contact with the defense, so they can’t get around him. I think he has the potential to have a long career in the NBA.
"
Although a lot of big men are raw as they come into college, Davis is already an advanced scorer in the post and knows how to use his body to his advantage. While he might not be Jahlil Okafor in his first year, he should help the Aggies right away on both ends of the court.
Even if he doesn't end up being a one-and-done like other frontcourt stars in this game, Davis could end up being the most productive college player at this event.
Thomas Bryant, C, Indiana

Unlike Coleman-Lands and Davis, Thomas Bryant was selected to the McDonald's All-American Game as well as the Jordan Brand Classic. However, he didn't make too much of an impact as fellow big men Cheick Diallo, Diamond Stone and Ben Simmons stole the show.
That said, Bryant is not someone who should be overlooked. The 6'10" center is already a dominant player in the frontcourt and has the potential to be even better.
While he doesn't have a lot of offensive polish and struggles to score with his back to the basket, he is an excellent rebounder and shot-blocker who runs the floor well and can finish plays with ease. He has also shown signs of an outside shot that will get better with time.
Evan Daniels of Scout.com noted the importance of the signing for Indiana:
Jerry Meyer of 247Sports also had high praise for the young player:
Bryant is an imposing physical specimen who is certain to make an impact for the Hoosiers next season, and he should be able to put up some solid numbers Friday night as well.
