SEC Tournament 2015: Schedule, Start Times, Live Stream and TV Info
The SEC is just a football conference, they said. There's only one truly competitive team in the entire conference, they said.
Well, they were wrong.
Sure, Kentucky might have scorched through the entire conference, but that's not entirely due to a lack of talented teams. Arkansas might be the only other team ranked in the Associated Press Top 25, but there is a myriad of teams capable of making a run.

Team to Watch: Arkansas
Maybe there should have been another caveat included in the above headline: Outside of Kentucky. If there's one team that can challenge for the conference, it's the Razorbacks.
Despite struggling down the stretch with losses to UK and LSU, Arkansas still enters as the No. 2 seed. Boasting three players scoring in double digits, the Razorbacks have plenty of weapons to make a deep run.
Following a sporadic win over South Carolina last Thursday, Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports pointed out how lucky Arkansas has been at times:
The talent is clearly there for the Razorbacks. Michael Qualls is one of the top scoring threats in the SEC and Rashad Madden is a floor general with 4.8 assists per game. Both can create from the outside and leave Bobby Portis down low to dominate in the paint.
That's exactly what Portis has done all season, averaging 15.3 points and 5.5 rebounds per game. Though he hasn't recorded any double-doubles this year, the sophomore is a spark plug for Arkansas under the rim.
Georgia coach Mark Fox believes Portis was arguably the best player in the SEC, per Bob Holt of the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette:
Kentucky might have reinforcements with the deepest bench in the country, but Arkansas has the dynamic players to compete. If both teams do make it to the conference championship game, Arkansas will have to rebound after an 84-67 blowout loss to Kentucky during the regular season.
Having Portis, Qualls and Madden on top of their games will be crucial for the Razorbacks. But thanks to a favorable path to make it to the final and a Big Three that can compete with any team, Arkansas will be a program worth watching during the SEC tournament.
