Oklahoma City Thunder vs. Chicago Bulls 3/5/15: Video Highlights and Recap
The Chicago Bulls looked to continue their recent run of success Thursday night when the Oklahoma City Thunder came to town. The Bulls had won two of their last three, but they faced a tough test trying to slow Russell Westbrook, who was looking to continue his triple-double streak to five straight games.
Westbrook was once again unstoppable, finishing the night with 43 points on 14-of-32 shooting, eight rebounds, seven assists and two steals, but the Bulls escaped with the 108-105 victory, overcoming a 16-point first-half deficit.
Seldom-used guard E'Twaun Moore played the role of hero, knocking down a go-ahead three-pointer with 2.1 seconds left to give Chicago a lead that it would not relinquish. He wound up with a career-high 19 points, four rebounds, two steals and a block in 22 minutes off the bench, helping stymie Westbrook defensively in the fourth quarter too.
Bulls big man Nikola Mirotic continued his recent hot streak, racking up a team-high 26 points, while Pau Gasol and Mike Dunleavy each chipped in 21. Thunder forward Serge Ibaka, meanwhile, contributed 25 points on 12-of-19 shooting, nine rebounds, three assists, three blocks and a steal.
