Andersen Will Play vs. Suns After Sitting Out vs. Hawks

Monday, March 2

Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reported Andersen will play Monday night against the Atlanta Hawks.

Earlier on Monday, the Heat announced Anderson was questionable for the game after missing the shootaround in the morning.

Andersen was on the Heat's official inactive list for Saturday's game against Atlanta:

Per Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel, Andersen was at the American Airlines Arena, but was fighting an illness:

The Heat are hurting for size right now. Andersen, while not a scorer, ranks fourth on the team in rebounds per game with 4.9.  One silver lining is the Heat have been one of the league's strongest defensive teams this season despute Andersen missing 16 of their first 57 games.
