Report: Biggest Spenders in Men's CBB 🤑

Although he will take up a large part of your budget, you won't regret grabbing Bobby Portis. The sophomore has been solid all season, but he has become almost unstoppable in conference play with eight double-doubles in the last nine games.
His next game will be against Auburn, which allows opponents to make 52.4 percent of two-point baskets to rank 312th in the nation, according to KenPom.com. The Tigers also rank 319th in defensive rebounding percentage.
In what will likely be a fast-paced game, Portis has the chance to put up some huge numbers.
With other top-priced options like Frank Kaminsky, Jordan Mickey and Jerian Grant all facing defensive-minded opponents, Portis should be able to separate himself from the pack.
Denzel Valentine, Michigan State ($8,600)
The best fantasy players are the ones who can fill up the stat sheet, and few can do that better than Denzel Valentine. He is currently averaging 14.4 points, 6.2 rebounds and 4.2 assists per game and usually finds a way to contribute in each category every time out.
The first game of the season against Navy was the only time Valentine failed to total at least 20 fantasy points all year.
Of course, when his shot is falling, the guard contributes a whole lot more. Against a struggling Northwestern team that has lost nine in a row, Valentine is a safe option with huge upside.
Dee Davis, Xavier ($6,300)
Not all great fantasy players are elite scorers. When you can rack up the assists like Dee Davis, the points continue to come.
Xavier now has one of the top offenses in the nation, and that is all thanks to Davis, who ranks second in the Big East with 6.3 assists per game. He is also coming off a 15-assist effort against Providence that included this beauty:
Marquette has an aggressive defense that forces turnovers, but it also leaves a lot of open looks. A skilled point guard like Davis can set up his teammates all day long while even getting on the board a few times himself.
Shaq Goodwin, Memphis ($5,800)

While it will be difficult for Shaq Goodwin to replicate the 23 rebounds he had last game against Temple, you can't ignore that number. This is especially true when he is set to face a team that ranks 294th in the nation in total rebounding percentage.
East Carolina has struggled on the boards for most of the year, but Goodwin wasn't able to take advantage of this mismatch the last time out because of a freak injury 19 seconds into the game.
Since that point, Goodwin has played hard while earning more playing time each time out. If he can keep it up, the athletic forward should be able to take advantage of his potential and give fantasy owners a big day.
Devin Booker, Kentucky ($4,800)
Kentucky matchups are usually ones to avoid. The Wildcats play great defense to keep opposing players off the board, while their own stars see limited minutes to prevent big outings.
However, LSU presents a different scenario as a fast-paced team that has the size inside to give Kentucky's big men some trouble.
This sets the table for shooters like Devin Booker and Aaron Harrison to have a big day in the SEC showdown. Considering Booker has been the more consistent scorer with at least nine points in five straight games, the freshman becomes someone who represents great value for a cheap price.
