Wade Returns vs. Hawks
Friday, March 27
Wade returned to action tonight, scoring 13 points in 22 minutes of action as the Hawks defeated the Heat, 99-86.
On March 25, the Heat announced that Wade missed Wednesday's game vs. the Celtics with a left knee contusion.
D-Wade became a secondary star of sorts during LeBron James' time in Miami, but he has reassumed his role as the team's go-to scorer alongside Chris Bosh in 2014-15 following LeBron's departure.
The main thing that has hampered the former Marquette standout this season is a handful of hamstring injuries. Wade missed seven games in the month of November due to a balky hamstring, but he was able to battle his way back into the lineup and perform at a high level.
