The Boston Celtics continue to be very active in the trade market, reportedly agreeing to a deal with the Denver Nuggets to acquire veteran guard Nate Robinson.

Robinson had seen his role diminish with the Nuggets, averaging a career-low 5.8 points and 14.1 minutes per contest this season. Still, the dynamic, super-athletic guard has proven in past years to be capable of providing energy and instant offense off the bench.

That's interesting, considering the Clips have been rumored as a potential candidate to acquire Austin Rivers—head coach Doc Rivers' son—from Boston in a trade. No matter what happens on that front, though, it doesn't feel like Danny Ainge and the Celtics are done making moves.
As for the Nuggets, the move is slightly perplexing in monetary terms. While Robinson is on an expiring contract, Nelson has a player option for next season.
Still, the 32-year-old is a solid backup behind Ty Lawson. He may only play a small role, but he's a pass-first floor general who will add some veteran leadership to the second unit.
