Randle is out for the season after breaking his leg in his NBA regular-season debut, so now seems to be the perfect time for him to take care of additional issues.

Per ESPN.com's Ramona Shelburne, Randle's foot has been a concern since before the Lakers selected him with the No. 7-overall pick in the 2014 NBA draft:

Now that everything ailing Randle has been corrected, he and the Lakers can look forward to the 2015-16 campaign.

One can only assume that brighter days are ahead for the organization, and Randle promises to be a huge part of their resurgence.
