Batum Out vs. Spurs
Friday, Dec. 19
Nicolas Batum won't be suiting up for the Portland Trail Blazers when they take on the San Antonio Spurs on Friday night.
The team announced that the 26-year-old small forward is sporting injuries to both his wrist and knee:
Batum has struggled out of the gate this year. His scoring is down from last year, and he's only shooting a little over 37 percent from the floor.
Still, he's a big loss for the Blazers as they attempt to hold off the Houston Rockets for the third seed in the Western Conference.
