Kings Of The Nba: Redeem Team

I was thinking to myself these past few days about who makes the nba exciting and who are the best players. So i compiled a list to myslef and i came up with King james, Black mamba, Flash, and melo. I put King James on here because he is simply the face of the nba. He can do anything on the court score, pass, rebound, defense anything u name he can do it. I know the debate between Kobe and LEbron but they are equals in my eyes. Its kinda like the magic-bird rivalry nobody really can agree on who the best palyer is. I put kobe on here because he has 4 rings, 1 mvp, 8 or 9 1st team defense selections, a slew of all-star appearances to go along with 3 all star mvps. He has the smoothest jumper he can post up any sg and he can do anything thts possible. Wade is on here because he basically a carbon copy of kobe anything kobe  can do he pretty much can. He has 1 ring 1 finals mvp consecutive all-star appearances and the guy is just exciting to watch play. Which leads me to my last guy melo. I know you guys wonder why melo he hasnt accomplished anything these other guys have. Melo is on here because of how he became a man in my eyes in tht lakers series. He was scoring from everywhere on the court and doing it with relative ease. He will forever be linked to the rivalry with lebron. Which lebron won but melo is still a hell of a player.

King james- The characteristics about lebron to me tht make him a top player is in my eyes he is a magic combined with jordan. Magic becasue of the smile charisma the ablity to run point forward and flare for the game. Jordan because the ability to score with relative ease and being a great leader and hes ruthless.

Kobe bryant- He is without a doubt another MJ. He has the rings mvps defense scoring ability and leadership. When he is on which is basically all the time he cant be stopped like jordan and he will guard the other teams best player.

D-wade- I like to call him mr.do-it-all. HE is like the larry bird of this group of players. I know your thinking Larry? i dnt mean they play alike or anything but he had to take a backseat to kobe and bron just like larry had to take a backseat to Magic and MJ. wade can put on a show and do everything he jus wont ever be given the best player title because 2 other guys unfortunately came along when he did. Like bird had he came in a different era he would have been the best player.

Melo- He is like the forgotten one. IT reminds me of isiah thomas being forgotten because of mj,magic,and bird. Melo is forgotten because of lebron,kobe,and wade. I think melo is the most efficient scorer out of these other three but until he steps his defens up he will be number 4.

Now do you all see what i did I compared this redeem team to the dream team of the 90s. Lebron is MJ/magic, Kobe is Mj, Wade is bird, Melo is isiah. Its like when dr.j was leaving the nba the excitement of the nba was down. Then along came MJ,magic,bird, and isiah. Then when Mj leaves the excitement goes down. Along comes Kobe, followed by lebron,wade,and melo. The torch keeps getting passed and im thinking to myself whos the next class to get it and i think its Durant,Roy,Mayo,and rose. It was the early 2000s when i thought to myself the new kings are Kobe, Allen iverson, Vince carter, and T-mac. As you can see kobe is the only one tht lasted becasue of his winning rings keeping his stats up and being a decent teammate and staying away from injury. Kobe was waiting for the next three and along came bron,wade,and melo. I dnt know if these three will last but its looking like they will but it fascinates me how the torch gets passed on and im curious whos next. This redeem team isnt a carbon copy of the dream team, but it reminds me off how in the 90s they revitalized and made basketball relevant again. This redeem team reminds me of the same thing basketball was boring for a few years and these four made it exciting again.  Which is why it is so ironic they are called the redeem team they redeemed olympic basketball and the nba. I write this article now because good basketball is being played and it wont belong before this class goes out and we will need a new one. So i raise the topic whos the nxt class and enjoy this great basketball while you can.
