Cole Injures Finger
Miami Heat point guard Norris Cole left Thursday night's matchup with the Los Angeles Clipper due to a finger injury.
The Heat's official Twitter account noted Cole's status for the game:
Cole, 26, is averaging 8.1 points, 3.7 assists and 2.3 rebounds in 25.1 minutes per game this season. If he is forced to miss time, the team would need former starter Mario Chalmers and rookie Shabazz Napier to step up in his absence.
Miami came into the matchup at 6-5 and recently ending a three-game losing streak. Without Cole on the court, the team still has a healthy option at the position and several offensive weapons.
