Iman Shumpert, Brandon Knight and Jason Maxiell Are 'Shaqtin' a Fool'
This week's "' a Fool" is a of mispronunciation and jump passes to nowhere.
The Inside the NBA crew put together its weekly segment on the worst of the worst plays from around the league, but first and company paid tribute to the many players who have come into the studio and struggled mightily in reading the brief television drop for the segment.
Many, many players from many teams tried to read the same lines for "' a Fool." Most had serious issues.
Tim Duncan couldn't hack it. Neither could Walker. Jason somehow managed to mispronounce his own name multiple times.
From there, the crew went about its typical analysis of the league's brain farts. First up was Iman , who "S a Fool" all over groin at Madison Square Garden.
"Not gonna lie, Ernie. This play is nuts," O'Neal quipped. "This guy is nuts!"
After that was Jeff Teague, who lost control of his body while fielding a fast-break pass against the San Antonio Spurs.
"It doesn't get any sloppier than this," O'Neal said.
Dwight Howard followed suit by missing multiple point-blank dunks in a single game.
"Superman is not in the building!" Kenny Smith said. "He lost a little gravity there. Kryptonite!"
The question, however, is who made the best pass to Casper? Corey Brewer tossed one toward a ref. Brandon Knight slung a ball to the first row.
"Corey Brewer passes to his teammate, the invisible man!" O'Neal said.
It's close, but I may have to give the edge to Knight, who had a viable shot yet ran out of .
"Should [Knight] shoot it? Or pass it?" O'Neal asked. "So many options."
Sometimes you pull the trigger. Sometimes you drive and dish to Patrick Swayze.
