Kobe Bryant is such an intense competitor that his Los Angeles Lakers teammates may get hurt while playing against him during practice. Just check out where Nick "Swaggy P" Young is right now after attempting to guard the Black Mamba.

Last week, the Lakers revealed that Young would miss time after tearing a ligament in his thumb during practice. Now, we have a better idea of what happened.

Swaggy P posted the picture above along with a "ThisIsWhatHappenWhenYouGuardKobe" hashtag. Lesson learned.
