LeBron James on Weight Loss: I'm Quicker and That's Not Good for My Competition

LeBron James is going to have a new look when he steps onto the court this season, so the NBA better be prepared.

The four-time NBA Most Valuable Player will be back in a Cleveland Cavaliers uniform. However, that's not the only change he made this offseason.

James touched on a number of topics in a recent interview with CNN's Rachel Nichols, but there was one part that really stood out.

We have seen throughout this offseason that James has looked a lot slimmer than he did when he wore a Miami Heat uniform for the final time back in June. In this interview, James revealed that he now weighs in the 250s after doing a 67-day diet. The weight loss will make him quicker on the court, which he says is bad news for the rest of the league.
