Vlade Divac Selling His California House with Incredible View
Vlade Divac spent 14 of his 16 NBA seasons in California, but the time has come for him to sell his Pacific Palisades house.
The 46-year-old has put his house on the market for $3.25 million. It comes with five bedrooms, three walk-in closets and four-and-a-half baths.

Divac's Los Angeles home comes with an outdoor dining area, a rooftop deck, a Jacuzzi and a private balcony. Some athletes choose to get houses with nothing but trees and fences around the house. He has some nice scenery outside of his house that creates a relaxing environment:

The former NBA center purchased the property for $2.5 million back in 2004. A decade later, he is looking to sell his cool house with incredible views.
