A champion should have a championship belt. It's as simple as that.

Miami Heat forward LeBron James is a two-time defending NBA champion, and now he has the belt to prove it.

UPDATE: Wednesday, Jan. 22, at 2:25 p.m. ET by Dan Favale

The Rock has responded to LeBron's Instagram post:

"

IF YA SMELLLLL....Ā @kingjamesĀ Awesome vid!! Thank you, LeBron! I know what the WWE Championship meant to you - which is why I gave you one of mine. Keep striving for greatness brotha...Ā #TheKing#TheSilverbackĀ #LegionOfDoom

"

Can you smell that?

Smells like friendship.

---End of update---

According to Sean Highkin of USA Today,Ā James credited WWE superstar "The Rock" for the belt on his Instagram page.

One thing's for sure: LeBron needs to work on his people's eyebrow.
