Indiana Pacers vs. Portland Trail Blazers: Live Score and Analysis

Christopher WalderJun 3, 2018

With two of the best teams in the NBA going head-to-head, basketball purists around the country were left satisfied with the tremendous efforts put forth by both sides on Monday night.

The Portland Trail Blazers (15-3) were able to snap the Indiana Pacers' (16-2) seven-game winning streak with a comeback 106-102 victory at the Moda Center.

LaMarcus Aldridge scored a team-high 28 points on 11-of-19 shooting. He also grabbed 10 rebounds to complete the double-double. This was the 10th time this season where Aldridge has scored more than 24 points, joining Kevin Durant, LeBron James and Kevin Love as the only players in the league to do so.

Damian Lillard scored 26 points and grabbed six rebounds, while Mo Williams came off the bench and scored 13 of his own in 22 minutes.

Paul George had 17 points in the fourth quarter, including a stretch where he connected on three straight three-pointers. However, his career-high 43 points wasn't enough to get Indiana over the hump in the end.

Roy Hibbert had a double-double of 16 points and 14 rebounds. Indiana's starting backcourt of George Hill and Lance Stephenson only scored eight points between them on a dreadful 2-of-11 from the field.

Final Score: Portland Trail Blazers 106, Indiana Pacers 102
