Cavaliers-Magic: What Cleveland Needs to Do to Win Against Orlando.
The Cleveland Cavaliers are one of the best teams in the NBA right now, and at the beginning of the playoffs many expected them to cruise all the way into the Finals.
But now some are changing their minds about the greatness of the team. The two main reasons that the cavs are behind right now are:
1) Defense
In Game One, Joe Smith gave Howard a lot of room for those lob passes by Hedo, and they gave the three-point shooters way too much room—especially the one that killed them, Rashard Lewis' go-ahead three pointer.
In both Games One and Two, they were spectacular in the first half but stunk in the second half.
2) Supporting Cast
Every player not named LeBron James needs to get in some offensive rhythm. I mean, LeBron can't always make impossible shots.
Right now, LBJ is averaging above 35 points a game in this series, while none of his teammates are averaging above 17.
3) Three-Point Shooting
The Cavs also need to make threes. I mean, isn't the reason they brought Wally and Delonte in was so they could make some damn threes?
