Buy Stephen Curry's Oakland Penthouse for $1.7 Million and Impress Your Friends

Gabe ZaldivarJun 8, 2018

Golden State Warriors guard and all-around excellent NBA basketball player Stephen Curry is selling his Oakland penthouse for $1.695 million.

Yes, I was as shocked as you to hear they have penthouses in Oakland.

The San Francisco Gate reports that the 25-year-old—who isn't going anywhere, so don't worry, Warriors fans—listed his beautiful high-rise penthouse in Jack London Square.

Curbed was one of the first to spot the listing and states that the property features three beds and 3.5 bathrooms over an expansive 2,084 square feet. If that sounds like something you would be interested in learning more about, take a gander at the listing over at Realtor.com

Before we get to specifics, enjoy the stunning images and imagine living the high life in Oakland:

A man can get some serious thinking done there.

As you can see, the penthouse comes with a great view, but you also get a three-car garage, three balconies, a gym, a pool and access to a concierge. If they put the Old Spaghetti Factory back into Jack London Square, I'm there. (Anyone have $2 million I can borrow?)

Now, if you're curious as to why Curry would leave this amazing bachelor pad, it's simple: He's a family man.

Curbed states that it received word that Curry, wife Ayesha and their one-year-old daughter moved into a home in the suburbs. If true, we congratulate the family on its new home and applaud the lucky duck who gets to live in this penthouse in the future.

You may not be able to play like Curry, but you can somewhat live like him—for the low cost of $1.7 million.
