Kevin Durant Selling His OKC Home for $1.95 Million

Looks like Kevin Durant is trying to cash in on one of his Oklahoma City properties. 

The Thunder star has placed his estate in the OKC suburbs on the market for $1.95 million after purchasing the property for $1.799 million in 2011. According to Realtor.com, the home features five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a guest house and 5,545 square feet. 

Don't worry, Thunder fans, Durant isn't going anywhere. The report also states Durant owns two residences in another OKC suburb that he plans on combining into one 7,400-square-foot place.
