Sprite Slam Dunk Showdown 2013: Schedule, Special Guests, Dates, and Locations
NBA Nation has teamed up with Sprite for an exciting tour across America this summer.
This thrilling roadshow will feature a number of NBA players, some former greats, celebrities, dancers and other entertainers making eight stops in eight different cities from late May through mid-July.
The highlight will certainly be the Sprite Slam Dunk Showdown, in which local contestants will be competing to win $2,500 and a chance to contend in the national championship with $10,000 on the line.
There’s also stuff for do for those of you without aerial skills, as the Kevin Durant Unlimited Free Throw Competition, Steve Nash Fast Break Challenge and other events will be available for participants to compete in and win prizes.
