NBA Hypes Christmas Games and Uniforms with Sweet Sounds of Carol of the Bells

Gabe ZaldivarNov 20, 2012

While I was already sold on a holiday filled with epic NBA action, this commercial would have pushed me well over the precipice if I wasn't.

This video (h/t BuzzFeed) is meant to get fans on board with the solid-color complement of uniforms we will be greeted by this Christmas.

The single-tone colorway received mixed reviews, with some finding them too boring and others proclaiming the simplicity is just what we need to set this particular set of games apart from the rest of the regular season.

Whether you like them or not, you have to admit the dribbling ditty performed by Dwight Howard, Carmelo Anthony, Joe Johnson, Russell Westbrook and Dwyane Wade is rather catchy.

While you listen to a bunch of bouncing balls play the classic "Carol of the Bells," make sure to notice the hard work Wade is doing on the end there.

While many of you are in transit to get to that Thanksgiving dinner and can't stand the fact that holiday music is already being played at audible levels everywhere you go, I still await patiently the glory that is a full day of sweet basketball action.

Wake up with the Celtics taking on the Nets, and lounge around the rest of the day with the Lakers, Heat, Thunder and others providing the entertainment.

I may even be coming around on those solid uniforms too.
