Week 4 kicks off on Thursday night, and that means fantasy football owners are rushing to set their roster for this weekend's action.
With 19 teams allowing more than 100 yards rushing per week this season, there are plenty of reliable running backs to choose from in Week 4, but only a few who are sure to excel for your fantasy team.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Cedric Benson, Green Bay Packers
The Packers will host the NFL's worst rushing defense in Week 4 when the winless New Orleans Saints come to town. The Saints are allowing 215 rushing yards per game through three weeks and should concede plenty of running lanes to Benson on Sunday.
The Saints are allowing two rushing touchdowns per game coming in, which should give Benson a great shot at scoring his second TD of the year.
The veteran running back has 144 yards and a touchdown in three games this season, but has faced challenging run-stopping units in San Francisco and Seattle in two of his first three regular season starts.
Expect the Packers to come out fired up and motivated to put last Monday night's bitter defeat behind them. They are well aware of where the Saints' weaknesses lay, and will look to exploit them with a hefty dose of Benson on the ground this weekend.
Week 4 Projection: 21 carries, 105 yards, one touchdown, 3 receptions, 25 yards
Maurice Jones-Drew, Jacksonville Jaguars
MJD is coming off an incredible 177-yard effort at Indianapolis last weekend and will take on the NFL's second-worst rush defense in the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 4.
You have to love his chances for a big day this weekend.
After all, the Bengals are surrendering 155 yards per week on the ground and will likely get run over by Jones-Drew this weekend in Jacksonville. The veteran back is averaging 5.3 yards per carry this season and is pretty much the Jaguars' entire offense.
Jones-Drew has rushed for 1,300-plus yards in each of the past three seasons and is on pace to do it again this year. If he is going to do it though he will need to surpass 100 yards rushing in games like this weekend's.
Week 4 Projection: 30 carries, 135 yards, two touchdowns, two receptions, 15 yards
Arian Foster, Houston Texans
The Tennessee Titans don't defend the run very well, while the Houston Texans run the ball very well. Therefore Sunday's Week 4 matchup in Houston should produce an awesome performance from Texans running back Arian Foster.
Foster has rushed for more than 100 yards in each of the past two games and is on pace to crack 1,000 yards rushing for the third straight year.
Meanwhile the Titans have allowed 150 rushing yards per game and four touchdowns on the ground since the season began a few weeks ago. This matchup will be won by the Texans' big offensive line and their shifty back who are both playing at home.
Week 4 Projection: 25 carries, 120 yards, one touchdown, four receptions, 20 yards
