Spurs vs. Clippers: TV Schedule, Live Stream, Spread Info and More
The San Antonio Spurs descend on Staples Center to take on the LA Clippers in what should be a hard-fought battle of youth versus wisdom.
You never would have guessed this one, but the Spurs that were supposed to be washed up and aged have been a spirited squad this season. They are riding a nine-game winning streak and are two games ahead of the defending champs, the Dallas Mavericks.
Not to be outdone, the most exciting team in the NBA is in first place in their very own Pacific division, a title usually reserved for the Lakers. For now, it's the Clippers that rule Hollywood.

What They're Saying:
LA Times scribe Broderick Turner writes about Randy Foye and his role as starting guard.
"The numbers don't tell the entire story — at least not in the eyes of Clippers guard Randy Foye and Coach Vinny Del Negro. Foye has started six consecutive games for the Clippers in place of Chauncey Billups, who is out for the season because of a torn left Achilles' tendon. Foye has not shot well, but his defense, hustle and all-around play have not gone unnoticed..."
Jeff McDonald of Spurs Nation writes on Manu Ginobili and the Spurs bench play.
"To start or to come off the bench?Throughout a nine-year NBA career of doing both, Spurs guard Manu Ginobili has publicly professed a preference for neither.Three games into a comeback from a 39-day, injury-induced layoff, however, Ginobili has a request of coach Gregg Popovich: Keep me out of the starting lineup..."
Most Important Player to Watch: Most exciting player to watch is obviously Blake Griffin, but I am going with Manu Ginobili as the x-factor in this one. He is one player that could give the Clippers a tough go of it from start to finish.
Key Matchup: I am interested to see who wins the battle of the big men. DeJuan Blair can work the boards like no other. If the Spurs are going to rock the boat at Staples, they will need Blair to out battle DeAndre Jordan down low.
Prediction: Spurs 95, Clippers 93
