How many times will the announcers allude to Eli Manning's "elite" quarterback statement?
Line: 2
Over: -130
Under: -110
The skinny: Eli put himself a class with both his brother Peyton and his opponent, Tom Brady, in the 2011 preseason. Everybody scoffed at him, but Eli's play this year has been nothing but "ELIte."
People, announcers in particular, love to talk about it.
Tom Brady's total TD passes vs. Giants' total sacks
Line: Giants' sacks -200
The skinny: This has a lot to do with which team you think will win the game. The key to a Big Blue victory hinges on how often they can put Brady on his back.
If Brady is standing, he'll be slinging touchdowns against this defense. If Brady is on his back, he won't be doing anything of the sort.
Total number of dropped passes vs. Total number of fumbles
Line: Drops -3
The skinny: The Giants' receiving unit is extremely talented, but they are not immune to a drop or two directly off the hands, especially early in games.
This is the Super Bowl too, so some of these players are certain to have some butterflies.
