21 Goofiest Looking NBA Player Pictures
Basketball can be a very emotional game.
From throwing a temper tantrum on the court to crying in a postgame interview, players in the NBA have been seen displaying all types of emotion.
Surprised, happy, sad, confused or just in shock like the always emotional Kevin Garnett in this picture, players experience a wide range of feelings and have all sorts of reactions during games.
The following pictures depict some of those emotions that got caught on camera.
These players all got caught with a goofy look on their faces.
One can only guess what is going on in each one.
Chris Andersen
1 of 21Chris Andersen of the Denver Nuggets is probably settling in to shoot a free throw, but looks more like he is ready for a halftime nap.
Either way he looks very relaxed.
Shelden Williams
2 of 21New Jersey Nets forward Shelden Williams has always been a ferocious rebounder. Even back in his college days at Duke he would not let anyone have the ball.
Here it looks like he is done with the game and about to take his ball and go home.
Chris Bosh
3 of 21This is a face we have seen many times from Miami Heat All-Star Chris Bosh.
You know it is a close game when he gets so excited that he unleashes "The Boshtrich."
Jimmer Fredette
4 of 21Like most rookies, Jimmer Fredette of the Sacramento Kings looks a little lost at times.
Jimmer, the rules of the Kings offense are simple.
If you get the ball, shoot it.
No passing.
No setting picks.
Whoever scores the most points wins.
Don't worry about the other team.
Joakim Noah
5 of 21Joakim Noah of the Chicago Bulls does his best Derrick Rose impression by passing the ball on the perimeter.
It looks like he is putting everything he has into this pass.
Kyrylo Fesenko
6 of 21Former Utah Jazz and current Golden State Warrior center Kyrylo Fesenko seems to be checking the scoreboard to see if he actually recorded a statistic.
Maybe he is thinking about the team he wishes he plays for, "Da Bulls."
Chase Budinger
7 of 21Houston Rockets third-year player Chase Budinger looks reluctant to pass the ball.
Maybe he is tired of all of the plays being run for Kevin Martin and just wants a turn to shoot once in a while.
JaVale McGee
8 of 21What foul? I didn't foul. I never foul.
Washington Wizards center JaVale McGee is like most other players in the league who never agree with a foul call.
He can plead his case to the referee, but I don't think it will get him anywhere.
Joe Johnson
9 of 21Joe Johnson of the Atlanta Hawks looks like he just pulled a muscle or just remembered that the Miami Heat are in the same division.
Either way, let's hope he is alright.
Chris Kaman
10 of 21An old picture of former Los Angeles Clipper and current New Orleans Hornets center Chris Kaman back in his Caveman days.
Either he doesn't agree with the foul call, or he really doesn't get how he can save 15 percent on his car insurance.
LeBron James
11 of 21One and two and one and two.
LeBron James of the Miami Heat looks more like he is doing a ballet routine instead of playing basketball.
After losing in the Finals last season, James shows he is willing to do whatever it takes to win.
Derrick Rose
12 of 21This is why Derrick Rose of the Chicago Bulls is so unstoppable.
Most players can pull off a ball fake, but Rose has the ball and mouth fake.
Young players should learn this proven move that easily shakes off a double-team.
Luke Ridnour
13 of 21Minnesota Timberwolves guard Luke Ridnour looks very hopeful that one of his shots is finally going to go in the basket.
DeMarcus Cousins
14 of 21DeMarcus Cousins of the Sacramento Kings either just hit a game-changing shot or is angry at something else.
Maybe this was just before he went into the locker room, demanded to be traded and got head coach Paul Westphal fired.
Carmelo Anthony
15 of 21New York Knicks All-Star Carmelo Anthony doesn't seem to understand the play that was just called in the huddle.
He is still trying to understand what the coach really means when he says "pass."
Wesley Matthews
16 of 21This one is just a great reaction from Portland Trail Blazer Wesley Matthews.
From the looks of Mike Bibby in the background, Matthews just hit a very big three-pointer against the Heat.
Andrew Bogut
17 of 21Milwaukee Bucks center Andrew Bogut looks like he just lost his best friend.
Hopefully all that is wrong is that he and the underachieving Bucks have just lost another game.
Zach Randolph
18 of 21Don't mess with Zach Randolph of the Memphis Grizzlies.
He is down and ready to take on everyone.
If for some reason basketball doesn't work out, maybe he can play linebacker for the Tennessee Titans.
LeBron James and Eddie House
19 of 21Miami Heat players Eddie House and LeBron James look like they can't believe what they just saw.
Perhaps they just witnessed an unbelievable fast break finish from Dwyane Wade.
House just seems excited, but James is questioning if that was better than any of his.
Bill Walker
20 of 21"Really coach, he choked me. Kevin Garnett took his hands like this and he choked me."
New York Knicks reserve Bill Walker can't believe he got choked after the game on Christmas day and is trying to plead his case.
Paul Pierce
21 of 21Boston Celtics All-Star Paul Pierce looks to be having a fit over something.
Maybe he is pleading with Doc Rivers to not take him out of the game.
"Pleeeease Doc, don't take me out. I will pass and take better shots, I promise."
