NFL Power Rankings: Teams on the Verge of Falling out of the Playoff Race
The following teams could all but eliminate themselves from the playoff race in Week 16 of the NFL season:
Oakland Raiders: At 7-7, the Raiders need to right the ship this week. It won't be easy against a suddenly-surging Kansas City Chiefs (6-8) team.
Chicago Bears: A loss to the Packers on Sunday night will likely (depending on Saturday's games) knock the Bears out of playoff contention. It's that simple for Chicago this week.

New York Giants: If the Giants lose to the New York Jets (8-6) and the Dallas Cowboys beat the Philadelphia Eagles, it's all over for the Giants. A win ensures a chance to win the division against the Cowboys in Week 17.
Arizona Cardinals: The Cardinals still need some things to go their way, but a loss to the Cincinnati Bengals ends any hopes of Arizona miraculously sneaking into the playoffs.
Seattle Seahawks: Like the Cardinals, the Seahawks need other things to go right to have a chance. They have an even tougher test this week in the San Francisco 49ers (11-3). A loss seals their fate.
Philadelphia Eagles: Almost unbelievably, the Eagles still have a chance at cracking the postseason field. It all starts with beating Dallas on Saturday, plus a Giants loss to the Jets mixed in. That keeps them alive in Week 17.
Tennessee Titans: You could say that the Titans' loss to the Indianapolis Colts last Sunday was the dagger in their season. They need a lot to go right now, including a win against the Jacksonville Jaguars, to have a chance.
San Diego Chargers: The Chargers are in a similar boat as the Eagles in the AFC, and it all starts with beating the Detroit Lions (9-5) on Saturday. With a win, they can't be eliminated.
