The following four teams can clinch playoff spots in Week 16:

Denver can also clinch a wild-card spot with a win over the Bills, so long as the New York Jets (vs. New York Giants), Cincinnati Bengals (vs. Arizona Cardinals) and Tennessee Titans (vs. Jacksonville Jaguars) all lose.
Atlanta Falcons (9-5, No. 5 seed in NFC)
A win over the New Orleans Saints in Week 16 clinches a playoff spot for the Falcons, but they can also lose that game and still secure the postseason in two different scenarios.
The Falcons can make it in if the Dallas Cowboys (vs. Philadelphia Eagles), Chicago Bears (vs. Green Bay Packers) and Arizona Cardinals (vs. Cincinnati Bengals) all lose, or if the New York Giants (vs. New York Jets), Bears and Cardinals all lose.
Detroit Lions (9-5, No. 6 seed in NFC)
The Lions can clinch a wild-card spot with a win over the San Diego Chargers in Week 16. However, they can also lose that game and still clinch in three different ways.
If the Bears, Cowboys, Seahawks and Cardinals all lose, if the Giants, Bears, Seahawks and Cardinals all lose, or if the Bears, Cardinals and Seahawks lose and the Falcons win, the Lions will make it to the postseason.
Dallas Cowboys (8-6, first place in NFC East)
It's very simple for the Cowboys in Week 16. A win over the Eagles and a loss from the Giants clinches the NFC East for Dallas.
