NFL Week 16 Picks: San Diego Chargers and More Hot Teams That Will Be Derailed
This is the right time of the year to get hot in the NFL. Unfortunately, winning streaks don't last forever. These teams are all riding a nice streak, having won at least two games in a row. Unfortunately, those streaks are going to come to an end this week.
All of these teams will put up a good fight, but will ultimately fall short of victory.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
The Lions are going to give the Chargers too many matchup problems. Even though they did a great job against the Ravens last Sunday, the Chargers still have an offensive line that needs a ton of work. The Lions' defensive front is one of the best in the league, and that's going to give San Diego problems.
On the offensive side of the ball, everyone will be reminded about how good Calvin Johnson really is. The Chargers secondary won't be as bad as the Raiders were against him, but they're not going to match up terribly well either.
In San Diego, I would go with the Chargers to pull one out. But in Detroit, the advantage lies with the Lions.
Prediction: Lions 31, Chargers 23
Arizona Cardinals
The Cardinals are on a nice run, but it comes with something of an asterisk. Their wins have either been at home or on the road against weak opponents. The only loss they've suffered in the last seven games came on a trip to San Francisco, and that wasn't close.
Look for this game to follow a similar track. The Cardinals will be on the road against a contending team in the Bengals. Additionally, they're a dome team traveling into one of the coldest cities in the NFL.
The Bengals will fall short of the playoffs, but will keep momentum alive this week. It will be low scoring, but that suits Cincinnati fine.
Prediction: Bengals 17, Cardinals 10
Atlanta Falcons
Unlike the first two losing teams, the Falcons will go to the playoffs—but this week will be too much for them. The Saints are red hot and Drew Brees is actually becoming a threat to win the MVP.
In a dome, we're going to see a lot of points scored. But since this is in New Orleans, it's hard to go against the Saints. I am not going to.
The Saints defense will do what it always does. They will allow points, but will also come through with the big plays when the time comes.
Prediction: Saints 34, Falcons 24
