NFL Week 16 Picks: Looking at Defenses Sure to Beat Opponents into Submission
With much to play for in Week 16 of the 2011 NFL season, the following team's defenses will come up large en route to victory.
Pittsburgh Steelers
The Steelers need a win to stay in the race for a first-round bye and the AFC North title, and they get an offensively inept St. Louis Rams team at home on Saturday.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
There's chance Charlie Batch gets the start to allow the injured Ben Roethlisberger an opportunity to rest his ankle ahead of the final game against the Browns or possibly even the first game of the playoffs.
Pittsburgh's defense wasn't horrible against an efficient 49ers club in San Francisco on Monday, but they'll have a much easier time corralling the little talent the Rams have on offense.
Expect a laugher in the Steel City.
Tennessee Titans
The Titans were utterly embarrassed by the winless Colts last week, and their loss put their playoff hopes in serious doubt. However, they've proven to be a bounce-back club for most of the year and have a respectable defense that currently ranks 15th in the league.
This week, they face a Jaguars team that has had it's fair share of problems on offense with Blaine Gabbert and his lackluster receiving corps.
Expect the Titans defense to take out their anger against Jacksonville at home.
They'll almost assuredly force some turnovers.
Baltimore Ravens
The Ravens dominated the Cleveland Browns in early December, allowing only 233 total yards in their 24-10 win.
With Colt McCoy out, the Browns aren't necessarily much worse on offense, but there still aren't a ton of talented playmakers in the receiving corps. Meanwhile, the running game hasn't seen much consistency from any of their three running backs.
Baltimore's another club that's coming off a humiliating loss, so Ray Lewis and company will come out flying at home and should limit just about everything the Browns will try to do offensively.
