Tim Tebow: John Elway Pulls Great Move by Positively Praising Denver Broncos' QB
John Elway has changed his mind about Tim Tebow, and speaking out publicly to praise the development of the Denver Broncos' young quarterback will do nothing but great things.
Tebow deals with a ton of criticism, so it's nice for him to finally hear someone in the organization saying they believe in him.
Yes, he has his loyal fans, but with the immense amount of haters he has, it feels as if he's constantly trying to prove them all wrong.

Now that Elway has voiced a positive opinion about his QB, Tebow can use it as a means to prove Elway right.
The Hall of Fame QB, and current executive vice president of football operations for the Broncos, told the Associated Press that Tebow is showing improvement and that his previous comments about him not being sold on already having his future QB were too brash.
"I think that comment was probably a little bit too blunt. Because I think the big picture with Tim is we've got to see the whole body of work. And so really what you want to see with him is the improvement that's going to happen over time.
Do I think he'll get there? Yeah, I do.
"
So now Elway essentially views Tebow as his guy for the future, and it's hard not to considering he's reeled off seven wins in just nine games as a starter, including a six-game win streak.
The Broncos are in first place of the AFC West and they should win the division. Tebow deserves some love from everyone for turning the Broncos into a contender.
Finishing out the year against the Buffalo Bills and the Kansas City Chiefs won't be very difficult, especially since Tebow now knows the managements feels strongly about him and his future.
It's one thing to directly tell Tebow how they feel, but stepping out in public and saying gracious things about him is completely different.
Sure, he could be lying either way, but lying to the public will have a bigger impact, which is why I don't think Elway is playing mind games with us.
As for Tebow, he told reporters that he was glad to hear kind words from his boss. Per NFL.com:
"Mr. Elway is obviously one of the best to ever play the game. To get any compliment from him is extremely nice. He's been around this game a long time. That's nice to hear."
Denver hasn't been to the playoffs since 2005, but Tebow has them ready to go. Elway had to say something about his QB, and deciding to go the positive route about Tebow's future instills great confidence in the NFL's most popular player.
Tebow has always believed he can be a great NFL quarterback, and even though his stats aren't superb, he's winning games and that makes him stronger.
Now that Elway stated Tebow can progress into the real deal, teams should fear the Broncos even more.
