Philadelphia Eagles (6-8)
Despite entering Week 16 two games under .500, Michael Vick and his Philadelphia Eagles have a tremendous chance at sliding into the postseason picture.
In a struggling NFC East division, the Dallas Cowboys are currently two games ahead of the Eagles. Yet the next game for the Cowboys will be against these Eagles, followed by a tough must-win game against the New York Giants.
The Giants, meanwhile, sit at 7-7, just one loss away from giving up the No. 2 spot in the division to the Eagles. New York faces the New York Jets and Dallas Cowboys in their next two games, a two-game stretch that the struggling Giants will find especially difficult to come out of 2-0.
Despite the ups and major downs this season for the Eagles, a playoff berth is as possible as it has been all season for this team with two weeks remaining.
Cincinnati Bengals (8-6)
The Cincinnati Bengals have as real a shot as any team in the playoff hunt to make a postseason berth.
Currently, there is only one wild card slot in the AFC that can realistically be fought for, as either the Baltimore Ravens or Pittsburgh Steelers will be the fifth-seed in the playoffs depending on which team ends up with the division title.
The New York Jets are currently the No. 6 seed in the playoffs if they were to be determined today, as they own the tiebreaker against the Bengals due to strength of victory.
Tied at 8-6 with the Jets, the Bengals are in the playoff hunt as much as any team on the outside looking in.
Tennessee Titans (7-7)
The Tennessee Titans come off a loss to the Indianapolis Colts, as it might be a loss that possibly has cost them their postseason hopes with the Bengals and Jets a game ahead of the Titans.
Yet these Titans are led by a veteran QB and a running back in Chris Johnson that is beginning to light up the stat sheet. With a game at home against the Jaguars and an away game against the Texans to finish off the year, the Titans have a good chance to win out.
They would need help, as they trail two teams in the standings, yet the Titans have quite the real chance at making a postseason appearance.
