Week 16 Fantasy Football Rankings: Looking Ahead to the Best Matchups

The following are the top fantasy matchups for Week 16 of the NFL season: 

QB Drew Brees vs. Atlanta Falcons

Brees is a good matchup no matter who he is playing right now, and the Falcons have allowed big yards through the air against elite offenses.

QB Tim Tebow vs. Buffalo Bills

The Bills have been getting gashed in both the pass and run games. Tebow is slowing developing as a passer, and we know how dangerous he can be on the move. 

QB Rex Grossman vs. Minnesota Vikings

We haven't seen a secondary get toasted like the Vikings have recently in a long time. 

RB Ray Rice vs. Cleveland Browns

Rice plays the same team he burnt for over 200 yards within a month of the crime. Will he do it again?

RB Arian Foster vs. Indianapolis Colts

The Colts put a cap on Chris Johnson on Sunday, but that doesn't sound as impressive as it once did. Foster represents a much more difficult challenge.

RB Michael Turner vs. New Orleans Saints

The Saints give up yards on the ground despite leading big in most games. When the Falcons keep it close, Turner will shine. 

RB DeAngelo Williams vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Starting any running back against the Buccaneers is highly advisable. No team is allowing as many fantasy points to opposing running backs as Tampa Bay this season.

WR Dwayne Bowe vs. Oakland Raiders

With Kyle Orton adding some stablitity to the quarterback position, Bowe should be able to take advantage of a porous Raiders secondary. Calvin Johnson just went over 200 yards last week against that unit. 

WR Santana Moss vs. Minnesota Vikings

See: Grossman, Rex. Someone has to be the one torching the Vikings secondary, and the best bet is Moss.

WR Brandon Marshall vs. New England Patriots

The Patriots struggles in stopping the pass are well-documented this season.
