Known for his great number of assists, this German's goals have not been many, but have nevertheless been wonders to watch as a spectator.
As of Sunday, the winter break arrived in Spain. Los Blancos ended 2011 with a 2-6 blast against Andalusians Sevilla. It was Pichichi record-breaker Cristiano Ronaldo who scored the hat trick with one apiece from Jose Callejon, Angel di Maria and Hamit Altintop.
Madrid's No. 10 has scored a total of seven goals for the La Liga outfit and eight for his national team. An important member of any team he seems to play for, it was Ozil's wonderful performances in the World Cup and Bundesliga with Werder Bremen that caught Real Madrid's attention.
